Database Analyst
THE POSITION
We are currently looking for a knowledgeable Database Analyst. The successful candidate will need to have a finance background, possess strong analytical and technical skills and a clear ability to identify key business trends and issues. The candidate will also have strong communication skills to build relationships at various levels of the organization and the confidence to participate in Senior-level discussions.
JOB DUTIES
- Analyzing data, identifying plan design
- Supporting the month end close process by preparing monthly journal entries and analysis
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as required and represent finance in various Wireless projects.
- Provide financial knowledge which impact the billing system and post-paid revenue
- Provide data integration, transformation and data exchange for ERP applications, electronic records and document management systems using interfaces scripting, SQL and stored procedures
- Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with QA analysts if necessary
- Confirm project requirements by studying user requirements, conferring with others on project team
- Design, develop and test new database architecture for information systems projects
- Administer SQL Server DBMS
- Maintain user reference by writing and rewriting database descriptions
- Determine changes in physical database by studying projects requirements, identifying database characteristics
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor`s degree is required (preferably in economics, or computer science)
- 5 years of working experience as a data analyst
- Must be experienced with Microsoft Excel and be able to work with advanced formulas and pivot tables
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex data integration challenges, provide solution recommendations and resolve such challenges in a timely and cost-efficient way
- Ability to operate database management systems to streamline business process automation and perform data mining analytics
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support analytical skills
- High-level written and verbal communication
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a finance role
BENEFITS AND SALARY:
- Permanent, full-time position
- $41.50 per hour for 30 hours per week

Business Development Representative
THE POSITION
We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative. The successful candidate will need to have a sales background, possess strong organizational and will also have strong communication skills to build relationships at various levels of the organization and the confidence to participate in Senior-level discussions.
JOB DUTIES
- Show up on time and work a full 8-hour day in the office. This is not a work-from-home job.
- To complete at least 5 focused block hours of dials to make a minimum of 100 dials per day (500 per week). If you put in 5 focused hours, you’ll easily hit your 100-dial per day quota (on average, you can make 25 calls per hour).
- To participate in weekly sales meetings and daily huddles to report your progress, provide input on campaigns, report problems and get help with challenges you have.
- To call (follow up) on inbound leads to qualify and book consults for our Senior Consultant or Program Consultants, following the process outlined.
- To make outbound calls to various lists of prospects as directed. This includes making the calls on the days they are supposed to be completed, according to that campaign’s cadence, scripts and process.
- To accurately track all activities (calls, contacts, scheduled appointments, sat appointments, etc.) and submit those reports by Friday, close of business, for that week.
- To confirm and concierge all appointments you book, as well as self-booked appointments assigned to you.
- To assist in qualifying, confirming and rescheduling self-booked appointments.
- To follow up on no-shows and cancellations to attempt to reschedule them.
- To keep detailed notes on calls and communications in our CRM.
- To use the CRM, appointment core, dialer and other tech CORRECTLY.
- To prepare and send pre-meeting materials to appointments you book. Our slang term is “Shock-And-Awe” box, but we don’t call it that to the client.
- To complete all tasks set for you in the CRM on time and as directed.
- To be aware of all current mailings and promotions so you can answer questions when asked by prospects you’re calling on.
- To be a serious student of this sales playbook and process so you follow it to the letter, offering suggestions on how to make it better.
- To actively participate in our book club and other training programs.
- To assist at events (Boot Camp) when needed.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of working experience making outbound calls
- Must be experienced with CRM Systems and Microsoft Excel

- Must Generate 35 Qualified Appointments per month
- Sustain at least 100 dials per day

Marketing Specialist
THE POSITION
We are looking for a reliable Marketing Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the Marketing Administrator will include primarily Marketing related activities but also bookkeeping, HR and various ad-hoc administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. He/She will ensure smooth operations of company marketing efforts and contribute in driving sustainable growth.
JOB DUTIES
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/event arrangements/appointments etc. for senior staff
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Maintain company annual marketing plan
- Ensure marketing efforts are on track
- Ensure weekly marketing activities are completed
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Collaborate with finance department on bookkeeping and other light financial tasks
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
